Auto Dealership Cleaning in Huntsville, AL

The General Manager of this car dealership called me for a quote. She was agitated because she had just paid a national franchise to clean the carpeted areas (offices, conference rooms, and food services area). The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned at all and she was charged over $600. There were oily traffic patterns and spills from beverages.

I gave her a quote of $420 to clean the same areas and told her that if I didn't get it clean then she would owe me nothing.

The previous company cleaned the carpets using a truck-mounted hot water extraction system which is NOT appropriate for the type of carpet in the dealership. This is why it was not clean when the job was completed.

I used a low moisture approach and the picture shows how the oil had transferred from the carpet to my cleaning pads.

Needless to say the customer was ecstatic!
